Tommy Castro

Blues and rock guistarist Tommy Castro brings three-piece band The Painkillers to The Rose. Castro is an award-winning rock star who was named the B.B. King Entertainer of the Year in 2010. Castro and his band will play hits from the 2017 album, "Stompin' Ground."

Piano Quartets with Robert Thies

Celebrated concert pianist Robert Thies presents an afternoon of Mozart, Brahms and Beethoven. He will be joined by the Los Angeles Opera Orchestra's violinist Anna Landauer, violist Brian Dembow and cellist Rowena Hammill. Thies, who was recently named the artistic director of South Bay Chamber Music Society, is a world-renowned talent, beginning with his gold medal win at the Second International Prokofiev Competition in 1995.
