Detroit Month of Design Info Session

Design Core Detroit will bring together designers and enthusiasts of the craft to celebrate the 9th annual Detroit Month of Design this upcoming September. Connect with other designers in the industry and join the Design Ambassador Program or Detroit Design Network.

Intro to Python: Fundamentals

If you're interested in delving into the world of data science, check out a beginner's workshop on programming language Python Tuesday night. This interactive workshop will discuss variables, data structures and functions. No prior programming experience is needed. Bring your laptop.

Urban Fêtes 90s vs. Now Silent Party

Get in the groove at a 21-and-over silent listening party Friday night. Upon arrival, you'll get a pair of Urban Fêtes headphones with the option to switch from R&B to hip-hop to dance music. The headsets are color coded, so you'll know what others are listening to as well. If you spot a guy or girl you'd love to chat with, just turn down the volume.

When: Friday, Feb. 15, 10 p.m.- Saturday, Feb. 16, 2 a.m.
