Four Mile Run Valentine's Cleanup

First, join the ongoing effort to clean up Four Mile Run, as volunteers gather for a wintertime scouring of the shore and park. The whole family is welcome.

Then, head to The Little Theatre of Alexandria for a night of improv comedy. Local troupe The Retrocessionists will try to turn audience suggestions into comedy gold.

The Auxiliary Improv Show at The Lyceum

Believe it or not, there is another free improv option on Saturday night. This one, at The Lyceum, stars the Auxiliary Improv group. The troupe will warm the audience up with short games before diving into longer sets.

Keyboardist Daniel Stipe at Virginia Theological Seminary

Finally, keyboardist Daniel Stipe offers a free concert at the Virginia Theological Seminary. He'll use both an organ and a Steinway piano to perform 20th and 21st century music. A reception will follow.
