From 5K, 10K and a half marathon races to a yoga class at a local brewery, there's plenty to do when it comes to sports and fitness activities coming up in Dallas this week. Read on for a rundown.

TOO COLD TO HOLD 5K 10K & HALF

First, the "Too Cold to Hold" 5K, 10K and half marathon is being held on Saturday. Participants can elect to register for any of the races, which take runners along White Rock Lake, and also include a beer, a long-sleeve zip shirt and access to the post-race party. 

When: Saturday, Feb. 16, 8 a.m.

Form Follows Fitness 5K Presented by Blackson Brick Co.

Next, scale it back a bit with the Archtecture and Design Exchange's "Form Follows Fitness 5K Run/Walk" on Saturday. Participants follow a course through the region's cultural life, Uptown, The Arts District and beneath the city's winning architecture buildings and skyline. All runners receive a dry fit shirt, food and beverages post race. Click here to register and view a map of the course.

Yoga at Community Beer Co.

Lastly, take a yoga class and then reward yourself with a beer afterward as Cubefit Yoga is holding a class at the Community Beer Company. Following the yoga class, receive a free glass of Community's craft beer and a tour of the brewery. Cubefit Yoga hosts classes at corporate offices or any location with the goal of providing physical fitness and stress relief.
