If you love to eat and drink, this week offers a great chance to explore the world of food and beverage beyond restaurants and bars. From a paint and drink party to a food tour, there's plenty to explore and enjoy if you're hungry for something new.

Galentine's Day

First, spend Valentine's Day painting, sampling light bites and sipping wine, beer, milkshakes and cocktails as Viva Villa hosts "Galentine's Day." Cristina Sosa Noriega will lead the painting portion of the evening, while a DJ spins tunes and raffles are held for prizes from Macy's and Mar Azul Tequila.

Foodie Fitness

Next, combine a fitness class with brunch and mimosas on Sunday morning at Tre Trattoria. The one-hour workout will be led by by inBalance Fitness and held on the grounds of the San Antonio Museum of Art. Then, enjoy brunch presented by Tre Trattoria. Also, take advantge of free admission to the museum until noon.

Downtown Delicacy

Lastly, take a food tour of San Antonio on Sunday that includes, of course, sampling many bites of food and an interactive and engaging history of the region with stops at five different establishments. Guides will lead a group of no more than 12 participants on a behind-the-scenes 1.5 mile walk to spots to taste Cuban sliders, learn of one chef's dream to introduce Argentinian cuisine to the city, have a meal prepared at your table and more.
