Rollie Rollie is a spot to score ice cream and smoothies that's located at 1840 Herndon Ave., Suite 104. This is one of two California locations. 

Choose from a long list of combinations and flavors featuring Rollie Rollie’s signature Thai rolled ice cream.

Look for options like the Matcha Madness, which is green tea ice cream topped with a Pocky stick, red bean, mocha and a green tea Kit Kat bar. Or try the La Ferrari, ice cream topped with hazelnuts, one Ferrero Rocher candy, white chocolate chips, Pocky sticks and cheesecake bites.

Defy Clovis

Head over to 636 N. Halifax Ave. and you'll find Defy Clovis, a new trampoline park.

The 30,000-square-foot park has over 35 trampolines and several obstacle courses to experience. Start with trapeze and the x-swing. Or keep it simple with dodgeball, air track and air bag. Ziplining and a ninja obstacle course are also on offer. 

Orangetheory Fitness Clovis

Orangetheory Fitness Clovis is a new boot camp, gym and personal training spot that's located at 1785 Herndon Ave., Suite 103/104. 

The gym, part of a chain with locations around the country, specializes in using science, coaching and technology to offer workouts unique to each individual. Take advantage of the gym’s various workout equipment and sign up with trainers for additional help reaching fitness goals.

Los Rancheros Mexican Restaurant

Los Rancheros Mexican Restaurant is a new Mexican spot that's located at 2141 Shaw Ave., Suite 101.

The menu ranges from tacos and enchiladas to seafood and specialty entrées. Expect items like the Los Rancheros shrimp fajitas, bean and cheese burritos and chile verde enchiladas. The restaurant also serves breakfast options like chilaquiles with eggs. Finish off your meal with a Mexican dessert.
