Snooze, an A.m. Eatery

Now open at 3211 Oak Lawn Ave. in Oak Lawn is Snooze, an A.m. Eatery, a breakfast and brunch spot.

Try the Snooze Breakfast Burrito filled with scrambled eggs, hash browns, house black beans, cheddar and jack cheeses, or the Sandwich I Am, a soft pretzel roll filled with scrambled eggs, cheddar cheese and a sausage patty served with a side of smoked cheddar hollandaise and house hash browns. A newcomer to Bluffview, Wonders Ice Cream is a spot to score rolled ice cream that's located at 5150 Lemmon Ave., Suite 104.

There are 20 different flavors and signature items, which include Oreo, Cookie Monster, Matcha Berry, Coffee Bears, Cereal Killah and much more. Plus, don't forget about the almost endless list of toppings. (Check out the entire menu here.)

Ascension Annex

New to 1540 Munger Ave., Suite R180, in the Arts District is Ascension Annex, a coffee roastery and breakfast and brunch spot, offering coffee and tea and more.

Choose from a vast selection of items like avocado toast, smoked salmon hash, Ascension granola or an omelet in the morning. In the afternoon, it offers sandwiches, paninis and salads.
