Utopia Food + Fitness puts a unique spin on the modern day workout. Rather than spend hours each week at the gym, members sign up for two 20-minute intense workouts per week (that are equivalent to a normal 50-minute workout) and combine them with meals provided onsite to maximize fat loss.
