If you've got fitness on the brain, you're in luck: we've found the freshest Phoenix spots to fill the bill. Here are the newest places to check out the next time you're searching for fitness around town.

Crunch Fitness

Crunch Fitness is a gym, boot camp and tanning spot that specializes in group fitness classes, alongside an ample collection of strength and cardio equipment. The fitness spot also offers H.I.I.T. training, boot camp, Zumba and more.

Crunch Fitness currently holds 3.5 stars out of six reviews on Yelp, indicating fair reviews.

Yelper Damon Y, who reviewed the spot on Feb. 4, wrote, "The best gym I've ever been a part [of], very clean and all new machines. H.I.I.T. classes were tough as nails. Instructors are great and will help you to understand each exercise."

And Marcus A. wrote, "The gym is very clean. I've been excited to work out here for awhile, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the plans, which is awesome."

Crunch Fitness is open from 5 a.m.–11 p.m. on Monday-Thursday, 5 a.m.–9 p.m. on Friday, and 8 a.m.–8 p.m. on weekends.

Eat The Frog Fitness

Eat The Frog Fitness is a gym and personal training and cardio class spot.

The small group training facility offers classes in flexcore, strength, cardio and recovery. Upon signing up, coaches will guide members through a 30-minute fitness assessment and customize an eight week training program based on the results.

With a five-star rating out of two reviews on Yelp, Eat The Frog Fitness has been getting positive attention.

Yelper Leann R., who reviewed Eat The Frog Fitness on Jan. 30, wrote, "I joined the first week in January to improve my health and it's been great. The staff is so friendly and welcoming to a grandma in her mid 50s. No judgement, just encouragement."

And Jeffrey H. noted, "It blends cardio (spinning bikes, row machines) with strength and core training (weights and TRX devices). The coached classes keep me motivated with the instruction and variety."

Vasa Fitness

Vasa Fitness is a gym, yoga and personal training spot with a variety of classes in core training, yoga, weights and more. The gym also has a basketball court, racquetball and a child care facility.

VASA Fitness's current rating of four stars out of seven reviews on Yelp indicates it's getting positive feedback so far.

Yelper Christina B. noted, "The gym is huge! Space for everything. I love the hydro massage option and can't wait to use it. I attended my first group fitness class this weekend. It was awesome and I am totally feeling it today. So glad I joined."

Keegan O. added, "Signing up was easy, and I was able to have a free trial day before making the leap. They have a points system program that allows you to build points to cash in for prizes (awesome idea). The size of this gym is probably my favorite. There is a ton of space and machines available."

Vasa Fitness is open from 5 a.m.–midnight on weekdays, 5 a.m.–10 p.m. on Saturday, and 8 a.m.–6 p.m. on Sunday.
