1. Mama's Pizza

Topping the list is Mama's Pizza. Located at 961 Rice St. in North End, the Italian and traditional American spot, which offers pizza and more, is the highest rated spot to grab a slice in Saint Paul, boasting 4.5 stars out of 211 reviews on Yelp.

2. Punch Neapolitan Pizza

Highland's Punch Neapolitan Pizza, located at 704 Cleveland Ave. South, is another top choice, with Yelpers giving the Italian spot, which offers pizza and more, 4.5 stars out of 183 reviews.

3. Big River Pizza

Last but not least, ver in Downtown, check out Big River Pizza, which has earned 4.5 stars out of 100 reviews on Yelp. You can find the street vendor, which offers pizza and more, at 280 E. Fifth St.
