Hungry? A new neighborhood breakfast and brunch spot has you covered. Called Biscayne Cowboys, the fresh arrival is located at 1334 Washington Ave. in Flamingo Lummus.

This smokehouse joint on the beach offers options with local ingredients that take you from after sunrise to sunset. You'll find barbecue fare like brisket, farm sausages and baby back ribs, along with hearty burgers and plant-based options.

Its Sunshine Specialties include avocado toast on local bread (it comes with smashed avocado, dried strawberries, chili lime walnuts, basil, and Aleppo pepper flakes) plus wood-fired flatbreads like the Elvis-inspired one (it comes loaded with peanut butter, smoked bacon, blueberry preserve and banana-marshmallow drizzle). Check out the menu.

The newcomer is gradually developing a fan base, with an early review giving it a five-star rating on Yelp.

Yelper Holmes B., who was the first to review the spot on Feb. 18, wrote,  "I came to try the burger and was not disappointed at all! This was one delicious burger. The fries are also thick and crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside."

Swing on by to take a peek for yourself: Biscayne Cowboys is open from 8 a.m.–11 p.m. daily.
