Hoodline crunched the numbers to find the best high-end steakhouses in Milwaukee, using both Yelp data and our own secret sauce to produce a ranked list of where to fulfill your urges.
1. The Capital Grille
Topping the list is The Capital Grille. Located at 310 W. Wisconsin Ave. in Kilbourn Town, the steakhouse and wine bar, which offers seafood and more, is the highest rated high-end steakhouse in Milwaukee, boasting 4.5 stars out of 263 reviews on Yelp.
This national chain features an extensive wine list of over 350 selections. Start off with calamari or fresh oysters before moving on to main dishes like a petit filet mignon or a 24-ounce dry-aged porterhouse. On special occasions, servers have been known to bring over a surprise dessert.
2. Bacchus
Next up is Juneau Town's Bacchus, situated at 925 E. Wells St. With 4.5 stars out of 136 reviews on Yelp, the steakhouse and New American spot has proven to be a local favorite for those looking to indulge. Based on the culinary creativity of Nick Wirth, this spot in Cudahy Tower sports one of the most extensive wine lists in the city.
Bacchus has a regular menu, a vegetarian menu and the Chef's Tasting Menu. Veal ravioli with spinach and toasted pine nuts; sea scallops with Brussels sprouts and pickled shallots; and filet mignon steak with sauteed mushrooms can all be found on the extensive regular menu.

3. Five O'Clock Steakhouse
Avenues West's Five O'Clock Steakhouse, located at 2416 W. State St., is another top choice, with Yelpers giving the fancy steakhouse, which offers seafood and more, four stars out of 337 reviews.

4. Mason Street Grill
And then there's Mason Street Grill, a Juneau Town favorite with four stars out of 217 reviews. Stop by 425 E. Mason St. to hit up the steakhouse and New American spot, which offers seafood and more, next time you're looking to splurge.
Open since 2007, this spot combines a posh interior, many meats, an extensive wine list and jazz music. Grab a bowl of andouille complete with goat cheddar cheese, mushrooms, tomato sauce and oregano, or a chicken salad sandwich with grape relish and walnuts for lunch.
