Movement for Change

Kaisa Keranen, Claire Gould and lululemon Seattle come together for this workout and panel discussion focused on the topic of gender equality. The evening starts with a KaisaFit body-weight class followed by a 10-minute core class perfect for people at all skill levels and finishes with the panel of experts. The event requires a pre-registration.

Seattle Gaels Open Field Day 2019

Have some fun trying out ancient Irish sports like hurling and camogie — a stick-and-ball sport played by women — at Gaels Open Field Day. The event is free and open to all ages and skill levels. Equipment will be provided, but participants are encouraged to wear athletic clothing and cleats.

Big Climb Seattle

Take a journey of 1,311 steps that spans 69 floors at Big Climb Seattle. Participants will climb the Columbia Center, the tallest building in the Pacific Northwest, during this fundraiser for blood cancer research sponsored by the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.

Learn to Swing Dance with Swing It Seattle
