Anti-Jail Expansion Town Hall
The Orleans Parish Prison Reform Coalition, in conjunction with approximately 40 community organizations, have come together to join in a peaceful protest at town hall. The aim is to bring attention to mass incarceration and oppose the expansion of the local jails.

Won’t You Be My Neighbor?: Indie Lens Pop Free Film Screening
Remember Mr. Rogers? His radically kind ideals sparked a generation. This screening of "Won't You Be My Neighbor?" will go down Thursday evening at the WYES Paulette and Frank Stewart Innovation Center and is free to the public. Bring your gently used sweater or cardigan and leave it behind for someone else who needs it more than you.
