A new cocktail bar and New American spot has opened its doors in the neighborhood. Located at 14202 N. Scottsdale Road, Suite 167, in Paradise Valley, the fresh addition is called Hush Public House.
The eatery offers a dinner service Tuesday through Saturday beginning at 5 p.m., serving hearty dishes of pan-seared scallops, grilled New York strip steak, fried cauliflower and more. Libations include Papago orange blossom beer, Mexican Coke and the T-Bird cocktail, a fruity concoction of grapefruit vodka, basil, citrus cordial and cointreau.
The new cocktail bar has already attracted fans thus far, with a five-star rating out of 33 reviews on Yelp.
Kasey C., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on Feb. 21, wrote, "They have been open for a mere two weeks and the service and customer experience is at the level of an established, well-oiled machine already. They also make a mean Old Fashioned."
Yelper John A. added, "If you know anything about the Scottsdale food and cocktail scene and don't know about this place, you don't know what you think you do! Chef Dom and Charles are two of the smartest and most talented people. From the New York strip to halibut crudo, there isn't a single dish that didn't look or smell amazing."
Swing on by to take a peek for yourself: Hush Public House is open from 4–10 p.m. on Tuesday-Saturday. (It's closed on Monday and Sunday.)
