New Kilbourn Town burger spot BurgerIM opens its doors

A new burger chain has debuted in the neighborhood. The Israeli franchise, BurgerIM, adds another location at 1001 N. Old World Third St. in Kilbourn Town.

You'll find a burger for all kinds of palates such as its signature slider made with your choice of Wagyu beef, lamb and turkey or options like falafel and veggie. Depending on your appetite, order a single burger, duo or trio, and then add that extra kick with sauces like garlic aioli and jalapeño cheese. Popular sides include chicken wings, onion rings and sweet potato fries. (See the menu here.)

BurgerIM has gotten off to a solid start thus far, with a 3.5-star rating out of three reviews on Yelp.

Rick R., who was the first Yelper to review the new spot on Feb. 21, wrote, "The onion rings were thick and very crispy, with a great batter to onion ratio. ... The BurgerIM fries are cut as potato slices, which reminded me of eating cottage fries as a kid. They were slightly crisp with a soft center. I would order the rings and fries again!"

Yelper Anthony W. shared, "Best burgers in town! Everything was cooked to perfection, and [the] wings are really good also. I love the different flavors of beef. This is a really good concept of burgers."

Interested? Stop by to welcome the new business to the neighborhood. BurgerIM is open from 10:30 a.m.–10 p.m. on Monday-Thursday and 10:30 a.m.–midnight on Friday and Saturday. (It's closed on Sunday.)
