1. P&'s Pamela's Diner
Topping the list is P&G's Pamela's Diner. Located at 60 21st St. in Strip District, the diner, breakfast and brunch spot, which offers sandwiches and more, is the highest rated diner in Pittsburgh, boasting 4.5 stars out of 560 reviews on Yelp.
2. Deluca's Diner
Next up is Strip District's DeLuca's Diner, situated at 2015 Penn Ave. With four stars out of 565 reviews on Yelp, the traditional American diner, breakfast and brunch spot has proven to be a local favorite.
3. Johnny's Diner
West End's Johnny's Diner, located at 1900 Woodville Ave., is another top choice, with Yelpers giving the diner 4.5 stars out of 25 reviews.
4. The Carlton
The Carlton, a diner and steakhouse that offers seafood and more in Central Business District, is another go-to, with four stars out of 104 Yelp reviews. Head over to 500 Grant St., BNY Mellon Center to see for yourself.
