A new spot to score desserts and more has opened up shop in the neighborhood. Called Memoz Dessert Cafe, the newcomer is located at 3494 N. Williams Ave. in Eliot.

Memoz Dessert Cafe serves up signature desserts and customizable creations that are baked in under two minutes. Start with your choice of dough or batter, then choose from a selection of over 40 mix-ins like Sour Patch Kids, caramel, dark chocolate, smoked almonds and bacon.

The fresh addition has already attracted fans thus far, with a five-star rating out of nine reviews on Yelp.

Heather S., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on April 15, wrote, "Amazing! What a cool concept. Kind of like a frozen yogurt experience, but so much more — with hot desserts! Pick a dessert base and toppings, then wait while they bake it. I am really excited to have something like this in the neighborhood. No matter your taste or dietary preference, there is something to love."

Yelper Jennifer M. added, “This place has the best desserts in PDX. I went with my family, and I got a brownie with baked Alaska topping. My daughter got an amazing pull-apart pastry. The ovens are cool! We'll be back.”

Interested? Stop by to welcome the new business to the neighborhood. Memoz Dessert Cafe is open from 10 a.m.–9 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday and 10 a.m.–10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
