New Five Points wine bar Noble Riot Wine Bar opens its doors

A new wine bar has opened for business in the neighborhood. Located at 1336 27th St. in Five Points, the fresh arrival is called Noble Riot Wine Bar.

As expected, the Noble Riot Wine Bar features an extensive wine list. It includes reds, whites, roses and even orange wine from across the U.S. and the world. There is also champagne, beer and cocktails. Meats and fine cheeses dominate the food menu, as well as light bites such as salad, smoked baba ganoush and venison meatballs. The new wine bar has gotten an enthusiastic response thus far, with a five-star rating out of three reviews on Yelp.

Anastasia D., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on April 15, wrote, "Really nice atmosphere: sophisticated, intimate yet unpretentious. The Wine selection is diverse, more by the bottle than glass, but still unique and varied, from all over the world."

Yelper Irina S. added, The wine list is unique — we had four different wines and loved them all. The menu includes a section that allows you to blind taste wine based on a short taste profile, which was super fun.”

Head on over to check it out: Noble Riot Wine Bar is open from 4 p.m.–midnight on Tuesday-Thursday, and 2 p.m.–midnight on Friday and Saturday. (It's closed on Monday and Sunday.)
