New Vietnamese spot Pho Buddy debuts in Southeast Colorado Springs

Looking to chow down on some Vietnamese fare? A new spot has you covered. The fresh addition to Southeast Colorado Springs, called Pho Buddy, is located at 1861 S. Academy Blvd.

Look out for banh mi sandwiches, red curry rice dishes, stir-fried chicken and more. Customers may also add-on sides like wontons, spring rolls and pork skin. Also on the menu are boba milk teas and avocado smoothies.

The newcomer has already attracted fans thus far, with a five-star rating out of three reviews on Yelp.

Yelper LaVante W. wrote, "Everything just smelled heavenly. The egg rolls were fried perfectly and I liked the translucent look inside the egg roll, as it wasn't over fried and the wrapping was perfect, along with the sweet chili sauce."

Interested? Stop by to welcome the new business to the neighborhood. Pho Buddy is open from 11 a.m.–10 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday and 11 a.m.–11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
