Topping the list is POTs. Located at 1745 S. Rainbow Blvd., Suite A, in the Westside neighborhood, the Egyptian spot is the highest-rated affordable vegan restaurant in Las Vegas, boasting five stars out of 243 reviews on Yelp.

The menu at POTs centers on Egyptian street food such as koshari, which consists of rice, lentils, elbow pasta, chickpeas, tomato sauce and caramelized onion; and ful mudammas, made with slow-cooked fava beans and served in pita bread with a choice of oil.

2. Veganos Kitchen
