Hello! My name is Misty. Did you know there’s a famous song called "Misty" that starts with "I’m as helpless as a kitten up a tree?" Well, that’s kind of what happened to me. You see, my owner moved and left me in a strange neighborhood but a kind soul found me and now some other kind people are helping me to find a forever home. Everyone I meet loves me, probably because I just love people. I also get along with dogs and cats and have impeccable manners — I don’t claw furniture, my beautiful sortie-colored coat is very soft and barely sheds and I am very flexible and mellow. Although obviously I have been through some hard times, I don’t let it get me down at all and just really like hanging around people. I’m entering my senior years — born in 2007 (so like mid 60s in human years) — so I enjoy my share of relaxing time, which includes cuddling, sleeping on laps and sitting in the sun listening to the birds from the window. That doesn’t mean I don’t have a playful streak, which tends to come out when I spot a good string.

Well, whoever gave me that name sure didn’t know that, because my personality and outlook is just about the opposite in every way! You see, I’m a confident, energetic, cheerful, happy and curious kitty. I love to play "catch" with my toy mouse when my foster mom tosses it to me, and I love to have "trilling” conversations with her as well! I’m an expert at using my upright scratching post. Because I’m confident, I settle in to a new place quickly. I’m a tall, long kitty who weighs about twelve pounds. I’m probably best as a single kitty and I’m probably fine with most children.

Hi folks! My name is Flora and I’m just a little girl at seven pounds but boy, what I pack into that seven pounds is pretty neat! First off, I love other kitties — I love to pal around with them, play with them, take a nap together, sit in the sunshine with them…If you can’t tell, I do need a friendly kitty to be a buddy with in my new home. I’m also confident, outgoing, friendly, playful, loving…I love to hang out with my foster mom, dad and their kitty. And yes, I have had one eye removed — we don’t know what happened to it in the past, but it wasn’t working — and I have recovered completely from the surgery. I have a nice level of confidence so I’m probably fine with most dogs and children.

Hello! My name is Tom and, as you can see, I’m quite handsome with my beautiful long (and very soft) fur with orange and white markings. I’m also a very happy and loyal cat — I’m even leash trained and my former owner (who recently passed away) used to take me with him in his truck. I am very friendly and enjoy meeting new people and letting them pet me. I am also very affectionate and love laps and cat treats and cat toys (especially those with catnip in them) and taking long naps during the day. I love to be petted and brushed and am even okay being bathed. I am still young — born in 2013 — and have never been around dogs but am fine with other cats (like my buddy Jerry, who’s also looking for a home) as long as they are friendly — otherwise I might try to become the boss.

I’m also very laid back and friendly and happy to let everyone I meet talk to me and pet me. I’m still young — born in 2015 — and was originally rescued by my owner as a stray. I will REALLY like sneaking outside so would do best in a safe indoor-outdoor environment. I love to snuggle into laps and beds and to play with cat toys (especially if there is catnip in them or a wand or laser involved). I also love to be petted and brushed and munching on cat treats. I’ve never met any dogs but am fine around other cats (including my buddy Tom, who’s also looking for a home) as long as they are friendly.

They’ve been feeding me and given me a little house but I deserve a real home so they’re helping me to find one. I’m still very young — born in 2018 — and very energetic. I love to play and am not scared of humans — I like it when they approach and pet me and play with me. I’m very very sweet and, as you can see, quite beautiful with my calico markings.
