Assumption scores 12 runs, flattens North Bullitt

On Monday, Shepherdsville's North Bullitt Eagles hosted the Assumption Rockets at home. The Rockets walked away with the victory, beating the North Bullitt Eagles soundly, 12-1.

The loss brought North Bullitt's record to 13-17, while Assumption's record rose to 25-6.

DuPont Manual scores 15 runs, strikes out Thomas Nelson

Monday also saw the DuPont Manual Crimsons unseat the Bardstown Thomas Nelson Generals by a score of 15-0 at home. The Crimsons hit one home run, adding to their total of nine this season.

Also on Tuesday, Lebanon's Marion County Knights lost to the Holy Cross Cougars by a score of 15-4.

DuPont Manual scores 12 runs, cruises past South Oldham

The DuPont Manual Crimsons unseated the Crestwood South Oldham Dragons 12-2 at home on Tuesday. The South Oldham Dragons hit one home run to bring their total to three this season. The Crimsons also had one home run of their own.

The loss brought South Oldham's record to 16-14, while DuPont Manual's record rose to 28-2.

Butler smothers Fern Creek

The Butler Bears out-maneuvered the Fern Creek Tigers 17-3 on Tuesday.

The loss brought Fern Creek's record to 5-7, while Butler's record rose to 17-15.

Holy Cross smothers Sacred Heart

Wednesday saw the Holy Cross Cougars out-hustle the Sacred Heart Valkyries by a score of 10-0.

The win brought Holy Cross' record to 32-3, while Sacred Heart's record fell to 6-12.

Male unseats Floyd Central

Also on Wednesday, the Male Bulldogs out-hustled Floyds Knobs's Floyd Central Highlanders by a score of 3-0.

After this victory, Male remained undefeated with a record of 27-0, while Floyd Central's record fell to 18-13.

Mercy outsmarts Highlands

Saturday, the Mercy Jaguars hosted Fort Thomas' Highlands Bluebirds for a varsity face-off. The Jaguars out-hustled the Highlands Bluebirds 6-2, to walk away with the win. The Jaguars had three home runs.

The win brought Mercy's record to 14-14, while Highlands' record fell to 9-8.

Male edges out Christian County

On Saturday, May 18, the Male Bulldogs clashed with Hopkinsville's Christian County Colonels at home. It was a close one: the Bulldogs narrowly defeated the Colonels 3-2. The Bulldogs hit one home run to bring their total to 55 this year.

Following this victory, Male remained undefeated with a record of 31-0, while Christian County's record fell to 23-7.
