With this pop-up, Chef Will Gilson, who also owns Cambridge's Puritan & Co., is testing out an all-day cafe, which boasts a 40-seat patio as well as indoor seating, reports bostonmagazine.com. Sit on the patio and savor a cold-brew coffee, iced tea or house-made lemonade. This new business offers brick oven sandwiches, salads and sweets, with menu items ranging from feta Pimento cheese toast to a sourdough waffle with Nutella to Greek yogurt with granola. 

Cafe Beatrice has gotten an enthusiastic response thus far, with a 4.5-star rating out of four reviews on Yelp.

Yelper Mickey G. shared, "I stopped in this morning and grabbed a couple of toasts to go. The pimento feta one was amazing and the one with avocado, cucumbers and greens was equally delicious."
