This spot, owned by husband and wife duo Yara and Matt Amberg, offers fruit and vegetables as the centerpieces of its menu, according to Tulsa World. Look for risotto with carnaroli rice and asparagus, and sea scallops with green curry, spring vegetables and cilantro. 

4. Polo Grill
