Fun Run MKE with Orangetheory and Shake Shack

Join InStep on Wednesdays for a weekly fun run through downtown Milwaukee. Every third Wednesday, starting this Wednesday, July 17th, we'll partner with Orangetheory Fitness for a bodyweight workout following a 3-mile run through downtown. We'll run 3-5 miles all other Wednesdays. Every week, Shake Shack will be offering a free shake, beer or glass of wine to each participant. Please RSVP.
