A new sushi bar has made its debut in the neighborhood. The new addition to Hale, called Park Hill Sushi, is located at 4900 E. Colfax Ave., Unit A.

The menu features miso soup and seaweed salad as starters. For a main dish, try one of the hand rolls — the spot offers cucumber, salmon, spicy tuna, blue crab and more, as well as yellowtail, albacore and Wagyu sashimi. Wash it all down with a Mexican Coke.

The fresh arrival has proven popular thus far, with a 4.5-star rating out of 10 reviews on Yelp.

Debbie F., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on June 17, wrote, "If you want the freshest fish in Denver while supporting the nicest people ever, then this is your place. If you have been to their sister restaurant Cherry Hill's Sushi then there won't be any surprises. It's the same menu, same friendly service and same fantastic sushi."

And Abby L. wrote, "Unique hand roll concept that you won't find anywhere else. Rolls are made right in front of you with super fresh ingredients. Chill atmosphere and a great staff."

Interested? Stop by to welcome the new business to the neighborhood. Park Hill Sushi is open from 11 a.m.–3 p.m. and 4 p.m.–9 p.m. on Monday-Thursday, 11 a.m.–3 p.m. and 4 p.m.–10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday and 4 p.m.–9 p.m. on Sunday.
