Navy Proof

Navy Proof is a cocktail bar and New American spot.

This new business is located inside the Westin Hotel and offers seafood, chicken and beef entrees, with menu items ranging from pan-seared diver scallops (butternut squash barley, ginger beet puree, scallion) to pan-roasted Scottish salmon (quinoa, sweet potato, fennel, Brussels, watercress, lemon butter) to pomegranate Jindori chicken (wild rice, corn, acorn squash, beets, natural pan jus).

This new business specializes in comfort foods like burgers, sandwiches and Southern fried chicken.
