There's a brand-new beer garden in town. Called Black Acre Garden, the fresh arrival is located at 5529 Bonna Ave., Suite 9 in Irvington.

Black Acre Garden is an outdoor, dog-friendly beer garden. On the menu, expect to see a variety of beers including coffee stout, an American pale lager and a rye IPA. The establishment does not serve food, but you are allowed to carry in or order delivery.

The new beer garden has gotten an enthusiastic response thus far, with a 4.5-star rating out of three reviews on Yelp.

Yelper Valerie G. wrote, “This is a beautiful beer garden a couple blocks from downtown Irvington. There's great Black Acre beers on tap, special events like weekly film nights, Oktoberfest and a barrel-aged beer festival in September.”

Head on over to check it out: Black Acre Garden is open from 4 p.m.–10 p.m. on Wednesday-Friday, 2 p.m.–10 p.m. on Saturday and 2 p.m.–8 p.m. on Sunday. (It's closed on Monday and Tuesday.)
