A new Vietnamese spot has debuted in the neighborhood. The fresh arrival to Ravenswood, called Chicago Pho, is located at 2703 W. Lawrence Ave.

Chicago Pho specializes in Vietnamese dishes, with menu items ranging from egg noodles to fried rice to chicken salad.

Chicago Pho has gotten off to a solid start thus far, with a 3.5-star rating out of three reviews on Yelp.

Kit S., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on Sept. 3, wrote, "Vietnamese restaurant that serves classics like pho, com chien, bun bo hue and mi xao. But the real deals are mi ga xe (shredded chicken egg noodles) and goi ga (chicken salad). These are the house specialties!"

And Nancy E. wrote, "This is the best Vietnamese pho place I've ever eaten. I'm so glad to have stumbled upon this restaurant and enjoyed a great lunch with my family. Amazing staff!"

Head on over to check it out: Chicago Pho is open from 11 a.m.–10 p.m. on Monday-Wednesday and 10 a.m.–10 p.m. on Friday-Sunday. (It's closed on Thursday.)
