1. Cutting Board
Topping the list is Cutting Board. Located at 5503 Airport Way South (between Lucile Street Ovps and Lucile Street) in Georgetown, the sushi bar and Japanese spot is the highest-rated Japanese restaurant in Seattle, boasting four stars out of 244 reviews on Yelp.
Next up is Belltown's Shiro's, situated at 2401 Second Ave. (between Battery and State Route 99 streets). With 4.5 stars out of 2,071 reviews on Yelp, the sushi bar and Japanese spot has proven to be a local favorite.
3. Japonessa Sushi Cocina
Pike Market's Japonessa Sushi Cocina, located at 1400 First Ave. (between Union and Pike streets), is another top choice, with Yelpers giving the sushi bar and Japanese spot four stars out of 4,487 reviews.
