Next up is food truck El Tio Juan Taco Truck, which offers tacos and more, situated at 4075 Foothill Blvd. (between Rosedale and 41st avenues). With five stars out of 45 reviews on Yelp, it's proven to be a local favorite.

2. Taqueria El Farolito
