Local fans of thrift stores are in luck. Goodwill of Silicon Valley has added a new location at 5285 Prospect Road in West San Jose.
The shop includes everything from furniture to clothing, as well as electronics, home goods and seasonal items.
The new locale has gotten an enthusiastic response thus far, with a 4.5-star rating out of three reviews on Yelp.
Ray M., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on Oct. 7, wrote, "[It's] as good as it gets when it comes to Goodwill. They have a ton of new products with tags still on them. They have a partnership with Target where Target offloads a ton of their unused, probably 'last season' items to Goodwill. This is great for us."
