New Japanese spot Flipper’s debuts in SoHo

A new Japanese spot has made its debut in the neighborhood. Located at 337 W. Broadway in SoHo, the fresh addition is called Flipper’s.

The eatery specializes in Japanese-style souffle pancakes, according to its website. On the menu, look for blueberry pancakes, matcha pancakes and strawberry pancakes.

Flipper’s has gotten mixed reviews thus far, with a 3.5-star rating out of 52 reviews on Yelp.
