New Blue Bottle Coffee location opens in the Financial DistrictPhoto: Step By Step L./Yelp

Ready for a new coffee shop to spice up your routine? You'll find a new Blue Bottle Coffee location at 199 Sutter St. in the Financial District.

Blue Bottle Coffee got its start more than 15 years ago in Oakland, and has since expanded around the Bay Area, across the U.S. and into Asia (the company recently announced that it's moving its roasting operations to Sacramento).

The roastery's latest San Francisco outpost on Sutter Street offers a full array of classic coffee drinks made with Blue Bottle Coffee's own roasts and blends. Stop in to this contemporary cafe for single-origin pour-overs, bags of beans and one of Blue Bottle's signature Liège waffles.

With a 3.5-star rating out of three reviews on Yelp so far, the new locale is finding its way, but it's still early days.

L B., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on Oct. 26, wrote, "Very nice Blue Bottle with lots of seating. Fast service, friendly staff, great location."

Yelper Gloria T. added, “Rude. Poor service. There are three Blue Bottles within a few minutes' walk and dozens of cafes around. No need to spend my daily dollars here."

Interested? Stop by to welcome the new business to the neighborhood. Blue Bottle Coffee is open from 6 a.m.–6:30 p.m. on weekdays and 7 a.m.–5 p.m. on weekends.
