Ceviche Craft brings a taste of Peru to Otay Ranch

A new Peruvian seafood spot has debuted in Otay Ranch. Called Ceviche Craft, it's at 1610 Millenia Ave., Suite 102.

The eatery serves up a variety of twists on ceviche, a Peruvian creation consisting mainly of fish with lime, lemon, onion, chili pepper and more. The restaurant's fish choices include salmon, ahi tuna, white fish, octopus and scallops, and its entrees are served up as bowls or towers.

Ceviche Craft has garnered rave reviews thus far, with a five-star rating out of 18 reviews on Yelp.

Yelper Lalo A. wrote, "These guys elevate the simple foods and tastes like no other. I had a salmon tower and will be coming back for more. The leche de tigre and rocoto pepper sauce are to die for — spicy and full of flavor."

Intrigued? Try it for yourself: Ceviche Craft is open from 11 a.m.–9 p.m. Monday-Saturday and 11 a.m.–7 p.m. Sunday.
