Topping the list is an outpost of the chain French Truck Coffee. Located at 4536 Dryades St. in Uptown, the cafe, which offers coffee, tea and more, is the highest-rated inexpensive cafe in New Orleans, boasting 4.5 stars out of 216 reviews on Yelp.
