Next is East Cesar Chavez's Granny's Tacos, situated at 1401 E. Seventh St. With five stars out of 216 reviews on Yelp, the food truck and breakfast and brunch spot, serving tacos and more, has proven to be a local favorite for those looking for a low-priced option.

The menu also features shrimp quesadillas, a chicken enchilada plate and big portions of tacos like the ranchero, mole chicken and veggie.

Yelper Tom C., who reviewed Granny's Tacos on Feb. 4, wrote, "Soon heaven will open up and cast a golden light upon this taco truck. ... Everything I ate was delicious, but the ranchero taco almost made me cry — it was so good! I seriously don't know what magic they use to make eggs, pico, cheese, avocado and chicarron taste so amazing, but it works.
