3. Ghirardelli Ice Cream & Chocolate Shop
The Near North's Ghirardelli Ice Cream & Chocolate Shop, located at 400 N. Michigan Ave., Suite 100 (between North Water Street), is another top choice, with Yelpers giving the chocolatier and shop, which offers ice cream and frozen yogurt and more, four stars out of 195 reviews.

Near West Side's Smitten Boutique, located at 1047 W. Madison St. (between Aberdeen and Carpenter streets), is another top choice, with Yelpers giving the gift shop and cards and stationery spot 4.5 stars out of 50 reviews.
