New American spot The Harp debuts in Grant ParkPhoto: The Harp A./Yelp

A new bar and New American spot has opened its doors in the neighborhood. The new addition to Grant Park, called The Harp, is located at 350 Memorial Drive SE.

The Game Day burger and fries head the list of options here. For a non-meat option, check out the Vurger burger. You'll also find chicken wings, macaroni and cheese, French onion soup and more on the menu.

With a four-star rating out of seven reviews on Yelp so far, the new arrival has garnered a good response.

Aaron W., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on Jan. 31, wrote, "This is a really good place to grab a beer and eat a quality meal. Fairly priced too. If you haven't checked this place out, do so. It's worth your time and money!"

Yelper LeKisia J. added, “As a foodie, I love places that are punctual, fresh and remind me of a home-cooked meal. The Harp is the definition of all of the above; the flavors dance around in your mouth; the proteins are juicy and cooked just right!”

Swing on by to take a peek for yourself: The Harp is open from noon–10 p.m. on Monday through Thursday, noon–11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday and noon–9 p.m. on Sunday.
