A new Vietnamese spot has opened its doors in the neighborhood. Located at 635 S.W. College St. in Downtown, the fresh addition is called Pho 503.

Pho 503 offers a slew of traditional Vietnamese dishes, including crispy egg rolls with ground pork, shrimp, clear noodles, carrots and water chestnuts; deep-fried coconut prawns with a coconut curry dipping sauce; and chicken wings caramelized in fish sauce and sweet tamarind sauce.

The menu also features a variety of pho, as well as stir-fry, noodle and rice plates.

Pho 503 has gotten an enthusiastic response thus far, with a 4.5-star rating out of five reviews on Yelp.

Josh T., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on March 14, wrote, "So good. It was fantastic and I could taste the quality of the food. It's a pleasant, relaxing environment."

Pho 503 is now open at 635 S.W. College St., so head on over to check it out.
