Police are looking for a man whole stole a car in Phoenix with a baby inside on Sunday afternoon. Officers responded to a gas station around 3 p.m. in the area of I-17 and Camelback Road. About 10 minutes later, the baby was found in a car seat  near the Walmart at 51st Avenue and Indian School Road.
