Hoodline crunched the numbers to find the best affordable pizza hot spots in Portland, using both Yelp data and our own secret sauce to produce a ranked list of where to venture when cravings strike.
1. Ken's Artisan Bakery
Topping the list is Ken's Artisan Bakery. Located at 338 N.W. 21st Ave. in Northwest, the bakery and cafe, which offers pizza and more, is the highest-rated budget-friendly pizza spot in Portland, boasting 4.5 stars out of 744 reviews on Yelp.
Yelper Jack G. wrote, "One of the finest bakeries I've ever been to, phenomenal artisan bread. Wonderfully tasty pastries. Monday night is pizza night at the bakery (free loaf of bread with pizza order). The pizza is awesome!"
2. Baby Doll Pizza
Next up is Kerns's Baby Doll Pizza, situated at 2835 S.E. Stark St. With 4.5 stars out of 369 reviews on Yelp, the spot to score pizza has proven to be a local favorite for those looking for an affordable option.
Yelper Anna C., who reviewed Baby Doll Pizza on Oct. 29, wrote, "Pizza is flavorful and filling. Slices are large. Depending how hungry you are, a slice and a few garlic knots will satisfy your hunger. Great for a late-night snack after the bars."
3. Scottie's Pizza Parlor
Hosford-Abernethy's Scottie's Pizza Parlor, located at 2128 S.E. Division St., is another top choice, with Yelpers giving the budget-friendly beer bar, which offers pizza, desserts and more, 4.5 stars out of 332 reviews.
