Ghost, border collie mix

Ghost is a cheeky male border collie mix in the care of Ninja Paws Rescue.

Ghost is ready to make friends — he gets along great with other dogs and kids. He's already house-trained, neutered, microchipped and vaccinated.

From Ghost's current caretaker:

This is Ghost. Ghost is a border collie mix and comes in large, at 90 pounds, which good old-fashioned activity would help to scale down. Ghost has spent his life in an apartment, so we would love to see him go to a house with a yard and an active family that will treat him as a family member. Ghost is a high-energy dog, not unexpected for the breed. He is very affectionate, and likes to participate in family dynamics. Make no mistake, Ghost is a good boy and would be a wonderful addition to the right family!

Momma, Staffordshire bull terrier

Momma is an adorable female Staffordshire bull terrier dog staying at Ninja Paws Rescue.

Momma enjoys socializing with other dogs or children. Don't worry: She has already had all of her shots, she's spayed and is house-trained.

A few words from Momma's current caretaker:

Momma has the cutest snort all the time. Notice how in some photos she looks blue, but in others, she looks brown — she's blue-brown! Momma loves people and kids. She follows them everywhere, and she likes for kids to dress her up. She’d be an amazing companion for anyone that’s willing to include her in most of the family activities. She’s very social, but only as active as her little waddle can take her. Her main desire is to just be part of the family, forever. Momma might look serious, but she’s the goofiest little darling, sure to bring smiles and laughs to the rest of the family. Since she is a little more mature and refined, Momma doesn’t chew or tear things up. She's nice, quiet, respectful and a very fine listener.

Rusty, Brittany spaniel

Rusty is a winsome male Brittany spaniel dog currently housed at Brittany Rescue in Texas, Inc.

Have no fear: Rusty is already neutered, vaccinated and house-trained.

Introducing Rusty:

Hi y'all. My story is kinda sad. I was surrendered by my family — not sure why — maybe because I’m old, and my eyesight ain’t so great. I’m hoping for good news that a wonderful family wants to take me in, so I can live out my life surrounded by love. I’m a good boy, and pretty active for my age. Can you find it in your heart to take this sweet old guy into your home?

Brett, Brittany spaniel

Brett is an endearing male Brittany spaniel dog in the care of Brittany Rescue in Texas, Inc.

Brett gets along swimmingly with other dogs. He is already microchipped, house-trained, vaccinated and neutered.

Get to know Brett:

Brett is doing great. He’s now strong, lean and he has a beautiful coat. Here’s a little info about his personality: Brett is sweet, gentle and good-natured. He loves to play fetch. He is housebroken, and has good house manners. He does not jump on people or furniture (though if you invited him up, he’d be there in a half-second). He walks very well on a leash, but gets distracted when he sees a bird or critter — he thinks he’s on duty! After a long walk or a session of fetch, he will come in and chill or take a nap. He loves to check out everything.
