Come and explore the exciting world of Peruvian gastronomy! Join us as we dive into Peru’s rich history, and how the culinary traditions of its past are driving what’s being served today. From light appetizers to hearty stews, you’ll learn all about the ingredients, cooking techniques, and dishes that the country is known for, as you prepare regional favorites like empanadas, tiraditos, ceviche, papas, and other mouthwatering creations.

This is a small, hands-on class in our Hestan Teaching Kitchen concluding with a meal and wine.
