As you probably know by now, this is the final month for Hayes Valley Farm in its current form. This Sunday, which happens to be Cinco de Mayo, they're hosting a "Final Farm Fiesta" to celebrate with the community.

From 11am to 3pm, the farm will be filled with fun activities for kids and adults alike. We're talking live music, a sensory scavenger hunt, a farm puppet Photo Booth, face painting, workshops, seedball-making, and a taco bar with handmade tortillas from the cob oven. You're encouraged to bring your favorite taco toppings, picnic food and a blanket along with dishes and utensils, as it's a zero waste event. This is the last big public event on the Farm's calendar, so if you're interested, be sure to swing by on Sunday.
