Another New Mural at 435 Duboce
The building at 435 Duboce has been adorned with another new mural this week.

The mural was created by artist Ian Ross and features a spectrum of bold colors and lively shapes.
According to his website:
'Ross works “without the burden of intention” and reacts to each moment with bold graffiti inspired forms and colors. Ross has developed his unique style for 20 years and takes great pride in his spontaneous method. His street art style has become widely accepted and revered in a fine art realm. He has become known as the “Tech/Start-up Artist” painting live murals in high tech offices for Companies like Facebook, Google, Vendini, Alphaboost, AdRoll and Zimride.'
This would be the third Ross-helmed mural at the site since construction began almost three years ago. The first went up in July of 2012, while the second was created in April of 2013. As for the building itself, the property is a bit behind its original schedule. However, Nick Kraemer of Doorman Properties, which manages the site, says that the building's units should be available by January 1st.
