Scenes From Last Night's Divisadero Art WalkPhotos: Stephen Jackson/Hoodline
The Divisadero Art Walk has been at times lacking both people “walking” and “art”. This time, however, it was a success.

People were out, the weather was nice, and, although The General Motors Corporation was out in full regalia on Hayes Street, it still felt like a nice neighborhood shindig. Here are some scenes caught over the course of the evening.

Big Umbrella Studios no doubt took the cake for most actual art of the evening, which makes sense as they are the most active organizers of the ongoing Divis Art Walks.

With that being said, the Bold Italic’s involvement seemed to draw more people to the neighborhood than on past occasions, which will hopefully translate to more people coming out and participating in the future.

Is this a new day for the Divisadero Art Walk? Time will tell, and we’ll be there to pass along the news when it does.
