Say Goodbye To Osso & Co., Closing For Good On SundayPhoto: Celina Miranda
We knew it was coming, and the day is finally upon us. Due to a steep rent hike,  our local doggie diva store is shuttering its doors for good.
Osso & Co. notified the neighborhood of their last day with a cheeky announcement flyer (pictured below), which noted that the store is doing a final big push to get rid of all merchandise, furniture, and fixtures. All dog and cat items except for food are 75% off, which means it's an excellent time to stock up on chew toys and flea baths.

The next tenants have yet to be announced, though we'll let you know when we know who's moving in. Back in May, 14% of readers who responded to our query wanted a gym or a sports bar, and 7% were jonesing for "affordable food" or a bakery. What would you like to see move into the 501 Broderick space?
