Yet Another Tree Falls On WallerTipster Paul W.
There is something very, very wrong with the 700 block of Waller Street.

Reader Paul W. sent in the above photo this morning from the south side of Waller between Divisadero and Scott, where a large tree has toppled onto a Honda parked nearby, crushing its roof and windshield. An SFFD truck quickly arrived at the scene:

Fortunately it appears that no one was injured by the tree's downfall.

This is just the latest calamity to befall this particular block of the street in recent memory. To recap:

December 2, 2014: A tree across the street from the one above topples, damaging a parked Toyota and nearly striking a nearby SUV.

March 11, 2014: A water main breaks on the north side of the street, sending a deluge of water (and the corresponding mud and debris) all the way down to Haight and Scott.

November 26, 2012: A sinkhole opens in the middle of the street, swallowing the tail end of a utility truck.

If you live on this block, or are otherwise some sort of expert in terrestrial or paranormal phenomena, can you tell us what's going on here?
